As announced on our website on February 21, 2013, the judgment was handed down at the Osaka District Court. We would like to sincerely apologize to our customers for any concerns they may have experienced following the news reports regarding this ruling.
In this judgment, the Osaka District Court determined that patent rights were infringed on only a small portion of the air flow Mixing hoppers manufactured and sold by our company. Details are as below. Additionally, the products subject to this ruling are models made before July 2011, and are not currently manufactured or sold by our company. Therefore, the "Power Reduction Hopper" that our company currently manufactures and sells will not be affected by this ruling.
In addition, we hope that customers who have already received equipment can rest assured that we will not cause any inconvenience.
